PLATED MEALS IN THE MARQUEE OR BARN

Elegant | weddings |  gatherings | special celebrations

Simple colour palette of fresh white and cream with green, in a mix of tones from sage to ivy is a sophisticated and elegant pairing.  Crisp linens, delicate glassware, white flowers, candles and tea lights, classic white crockery with touches of zinc, mat gold or brass suit the formal plated meals served in the marquee.

 

Canapes around the swimming pool, incredible views and beautiful accommodation make Les Hauts Pâturages perfect location for your special event!

 

Guests are seated after canapés with staff assisting. The meal usually consists of 4 courses . Staff will serve all food, drinks and assist as required. Plates include:-

charentais melon salad with jambon de bayonne & basil

goats cheese, roasted beetroot, red onions with walnuts & mint 

soft cheese, oregano & pistachio filo parcels

roast tomatoes, fennel & chickpeas with preserved lemons & honey (v)

courgette & mozzarella bruschetta

chicken liver parfait with chutney and rocket salad

tuna rillettes & capers with baby salad leaves

crab cakes with cucumber pickle

Pork fillet studded with sage, lemon & garlic on a bed of puy lentils with white wine sauce

chicken breast stuffed with mascarpone & mushrooms, wrapped in prosciutto served with garlic potatoes

magret de canard with chanterelles, celeriac and potato mash, rocket & pan sauce

normandy chicken breast cooked in cider with rosemary herbed potatoes

osso buco and gremolata served with saffron risotto 

veal with wild mushrooms, thyme & white wine served with potato seasonal vegetables

fillet of salmon served with champagne sauce, & with baby potatoes

baked goats cheese wrapped in walnut pastry with fig relish served with salad leaves

wild mushroom stroganoff with herb wild rice (v)

We make our own ice-cream to order and have seasonal flavours of:

vanilla | fig | elderflower & lemon | summer berries | earl grey | autumn berries

To end the meal a selection of teas, coffees are served
