Wooden signs, zinc baths filled with champagne, bell tents, and fairy lights all make the perfect setting for a festival style wedding or event. Bunting, festoon lighting, and country flowers set the scene here at Les Hauts Pâturages. Vintage crockery, Soft faded tones, linens and lace, raw wood and antique fabrics complete the picture. A Relaxed and fun style for all. The food is served on wooden or slate boards and large vintage bowls of salad with napkins and cutlery.
Our festival style service is a fun, relaxed and a cost effective way of serving food at your wedding or event. Guests are able to come up and see the wood fired pizza oven, paella pans or barbecue in action and serve themselves.

We offer a relaxed buffet style service that encourages your guests to keep coming back to graze.

PIZZA
Our dough is made with the best 00 flour imported from Italy, salt, water, a tiny amount of yeast and fermented slowly over a couple of days.
After a low and slow prove, your pizza is then freshly made on site and cooked
within 90 seconds in our wood fired oven.
This means incredible flavour and texture. We do use some imported products from our trusted Italian supplier but we also like to use local ingredients where we can.
Favourite toppings include:
Margherita (tomato, mozzarella & basil) (v)
Basque (chorizo, smoked paprika, chargrilled peppers, onions & mozzarella)
Italian (pancetta, spinach, mushrooms, garlic, parmesan & mozzarella)
French (goats cheese, rocket, caramelised onions & mozzarella) (v)
Veggie (artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan & mozzarella) (v)
PAELLA
We are just under 2 hours drive from the Basque region where food is important and big on flavour.
chicken & chorizo (chicken breast, spicy chorizo, peppers, tomatoes, onions garlic & peas)
Seafood (A mix of mussels, langoustine, prawns & Calamari, tomatoes, onion & garlic)
Vegetarian (red and yellow peppers, aubergine, courgette, mushroom, tomato onion & garlic)
BEEFBURGERS | VEGGIE BURGERS
Locally Sourced Beef burger or veggie burgers freshly cooked on the barbecue in front of our guests. The beef is use comes from a farm at the top of our mountain where we can see the animals grazing in the fields.
