You will be shown to your room and then enjoy afternoon tea in the gardens

overlooking the pool with stunning views of the valley, ideally placed to toast the setting sun.

Five-course tasting menu with wines matched to the food by a sommelier.
A slow and relaxed evening, chatting and relaxing with your bubble.
Seasonal and locally produced fresh food, prepared with passion from our trusted suppliers

Late evening

Around the fire whilst sipping coffee or tisane. Doug may be persuaded to entertain
us. Should any budding musicians be present we would love them to join Doug in a late
evening of music and song.

Morning after
A late breakfast... Maybe another swim or a walk...
